Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
February 17, 2015
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Genest in the Little Town Hall.
Members Present: Michael Genest (Chair), Gordon Webber & John Robertson
Staff present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator),
Agenda Items:
- Mr. Webber moved to approve the Board of Selectmen (BOS) minutes of February 10, 2015; Mr. Robertson seconded. Passed 3/0
Lori Barg from Steels Pond Hydro Plant presented a preliminary Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreement. The Board of Selectmen (BOS) will review the agreement with Mr. George Sansoucy whom they have contracted with to assess the hydro plant and as a consultant on the PILOT agreement.
Mr. Egon Ali Oglu from Solar Magic International presented his proposal to work with NHSolarGarden.com to install an auto-tracking system instead of the on ground solar array proposed by NHSolarGarden.com. The BOS advised Mr. Ali Oglu to speak directly with Andrew Kellar from NHSolarGarden.com.
- Update from Chair Genest on the Park & Rec Meeting held February 12, 2015. A ballon test for the lights will be done on Shea Field on Saturday, February 21st & 22nd.
Henry Johnson would like to construct an information kiosk located at Goodell Park as his Eagle Scout Project. He will present this before the BOS on March 2, 2015.
A meeting with Francestown and Bennington is tentatively scheduled for February 26, 2014 in Bennington concerning the TRI-Town pit.
Contracts for Twin Bridge Services and Forestry Services was signed.
Intent to cut for William Weston was signed.
